Sizing Guide

Every product we sell is intended for adult use. We do not sell youth/tween or infant merch. When in doubt, order the size you typically wear in clothing. Size guides are provided with every product that has one available.

Please review our Return/Exchange Policies first before buying multiple items with the intent of returning.

Item changes after being laundered are not something B+B covers. We will make every attempt to add wash+care instructions with our items as provided by the manufacturers. When in doubt, be delicate.

Processing + Handling Questions

Pre-Order items on average take 2-3 weeks for fulfillment, however some items can take longer. You will be notified after placing your order what an ETA is for any Pre-Order product purchased.

If you order merch that is in stock, your order will ship within 24-48 hours (no shipping is done on Sundays). If we are on holiday, that can extend the processing time. If your order has Pre-Order items + in stock merch, your order will be held until the Pre-Order merch is ready.

We currently offer USPS and UPS and every package comes with tracking. On average, USPS has a delivery time between 3-8 business days for domestic packages. Due to temporary shipping limitations, some international parcels may need to change to another carrier. Will will contact you if this is a concern for your parcel when we process your order.

While rarely does the USPS lose a package, it happens sometimes. Once an order has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, Brimstone&Bone is no longer responsible for your order. We suggest contacting your nearest post office for assistance and let us know, we'll gladly help with the contacting process in communication with the USPS. If you purchased Route protection, please follow the steps provided by Route to submit a claim.

B+B is happy to offer noissue & ecoenclose packaging, in addition to other recyclable materials. Almost every package is shipped in a recyclable or compositable mailer. We strive to provide sustainable packaging with every product as we can. Some items we ship are pre-packaged by our vendors and may not be able to be re-packaged in a sustainable material.

Payment Options

Yes, you can easily use your PayPal account at checkout for your convenience or checkout using PayPal's guest checkout option if you prefer. Please note, B+B has no control over PayPal fees. Payments made through PayPal follow PayPal's policies.

We offer ShopPay Installments (they are in partnership with Affirm), which eligible clients can use to breakup order totals between $50-$3,000 into four separate payments without disrupting the shipping+handling processing time. *Subject to eligibility check and approval. Estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping fees. This is a third party option, B+B has no control over individual payment arrangements made with ShopPay/Affirm.

Any active Brimstone&Bone, Co. gift card can be used to purchase merch on our site.

At this time we do not have gift receipt options, but you can add personalized notes with your order during the checkout process. Shipping addresses do not need to match billing so you can easily send a gift directly to your boo!

Gift Cards

After purchasing a gift card, you'll receive details pertaining to the card via email. If you're having issues receiving the card, please email us at hello@brimstoneandboneco.com with your order number starting with BXB-

For security purposes, we do not have access to the gift card number and cannot reissue a lost card. Please email us at hello@brimstoneandboneco.com for more assistance.

Yes. B+B gift cards expire 5 years from the activation date. Make sure you redeem it before the expiration, these cards cannot be reissued or given an extension for deactivation.

You simply input the card number into the listed Discount Code box in the cart during the checkout process.

Nope. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash-out options for clients who purchase a gift card but do not want to use it. Further, items purchased with gift cards cannot receive monetary refunds, eligible items are only applicable for store credit.

Returns | Exchanges

YES! YES! As a small business, opting for a store credit instead of a payment refund goes a long way and is always an option for applicable purchases.

Nope! Sorry, boo. We cannot offer extended dating for any circumstance including holidays + birthdays, etc. When in doubt, you can always purchase a gift card!

Storefront Information

You can select store pickup to retrieve your order in person at our Boutique storefront in Waynesboro, PA.

To pickup an order, please make sure you received a "Ready For Pickup" email/SMS notification prior to coming to pickup during regular shop hours.

In the event that you do not pickup your order after thirty (30) days of your order being marked as Ready For Pickup, we will refund the items as a store credit back to your account and relinquish those items back into inventory. This includes Made to Order/Custom Items and Limited Edition Items. This store credit cannot be later applied to a credit or debit card or returned as cash value. We reserve the right to block or void any orders attempted to be made by any person (or persons) who we feel is in violation of our Policies and/or conducting illicit activities, including but not limited to Credit Card fraud.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate contact and financial information for all purchases made. We are not liable for any inaccurate information resulting in the failure to contact you in regards to attempts to cancel, modify or otherwise change or update the status of an order.

There is coin-operated meter parking and nearby free parking lots along the backside of Main Street. We do not have reserved spaces or validation parking.

Subscription Boxes

No, these boxes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Boxes are shipped between the 1st-28th of the promoted month. Each shipment comes with tracking which is emailed to you. Please keep in mind, we do not control the carrier's handling time.

Yes. We require a minimum of two months billing, in other words: you must pay for at least two boxes before canceling your subscription.

Each box has a retail value between $100-$150. These boxes always contain a B+B exclusive item, such as a sweatshirt or tumbler, and additional mystery items. Some sneak peeks will be presented on social media.

Yes. We offer one time purchases for $75/box instead of the discounted subscription rate of $55.

For people who successfully subscribe for 12 months in a row, they receive an exclusive bonus item in their 12th box.
